Process Of The Tele – commerce
1. The Customer must register themselves with Customer Service Officer at Peninsula Plaza
2. All registered customer will be given a Security Pin
3. This security code/pin will be use as verification purpose.
4. For a verification process, customer services officer will ask distributor code and security pin.
5. The customer can order directly with Customer Service by making a telephone call to the Headquarter.
6. Customer has the option to choose either self pick – up or home delivery service.
7. Upon registration, customer will be given a price list, products weight age list and Security Pin
8. The customer can start to use this system after 3 working days

• There is delivery charges on the purchased item’s weight
• Officer will confirm the delivery charge with customer.
• Customer required making payment upon given delivery charges.
• Once the order is confirmed, the Company will notify customer via sms.
• Company will deliver products to your home.

• As for home delivery, it is temporary not available due to security issue
• The Company will find a way implement this service for Home Delivery


• Customer can register and pay for a pre-paid credit to the Company
• This pre – credit worth S$100 and onwards
• Customer will be given a statement after each purchase
• Pre-paid credit must be used within 24 months
