Special Mie Sehati Recipes
1. Mie Sehati Golden Sticks
Ingredients:
- 250gm chicken fillet.
- 2 limes.
- Salt to taste.
- 2 packets CNI Mie Sehati (any flavour)
- 2 eggs (just the white).
- Chili sauce & mayonnaise for dipping
- Oil for frying.

Preparation:
Cut chicken into finger sizes pieces and
immerse in lime juice and salt for 15
minutes. Boil Mie Sehati for 2 minutes,
drain and immediately put into cold water
for a while so noodles won’t stick. Stir
white eggs and Mie Sehati seasoning,
mixing well. Leave aside. Take several
strands of Mie Sehati and wrap each
chicken slice completely. Dip the wrapped
chicken into the egg mix and fry until
they turn golden. Serve with chili sauce
and mayonnaise.
2. Mie Sehati Chunky Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 packets CNI Mie Sehati Ayam
Bawang, boil for 2 minutes.
- 200ml coconut milk.
- 2 eggs (big).
- 200gm chicken fillet, minced.
- 2 sachets Mie Sehati seasoning.
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped.
- 3 cloves onions, chopped finely.
- 1/2 clove medium-sized yellow
onion (Bombay), finely chopped.
- 2 sticks celery, chopped (can
be substituted with finely
diced carrots).
- Breadcrumbs for coating.
- Oil for frying.

Preparation:
Sauté garlic, onion, yellow onion
until fragrant. Add in chicken and
1 sachet Mie Sehati seasoning, fry
until golden. Put aside. In a large
bowl, mix well coconut milk, 1 egg,
celery and 1 sachet seasoning.
Add in chicken, cooked Mie Sehati
into the mixture. Mix well. Pour
the whole mixture into a baking
tin lined with aluminum foil, steam
for approximately 30 minutes. Let
it cool before cutting into squares.
Lightly beat 1 egg in bowl. Dip each
square into the egg and coat with
breadcrumbs. Fry until golden.
Serve with chili sauce.
